Rotto is a line of furniture that celebrates the life of the objects that have been damaged. It takes its inspiration from the Japanese method of pottery repair known as kinzugi.

This furniture is created from broken pieces of timber that have been repaired with clear resin.

A way to contrast the indiscriminate waste of resources by our consumer society, the transparency of the resin allows us to look into the break, to admire its beauty and to ponder on the poetry of certain damage.
