A collection of four chef hats in glass for Rudi’s Sel de Mer Restaurant
on HAL’s Cruise ship, curation of Artlink.
Inspired by marine landscapes, I imagined a mad chef, Rudi,
being possessed by an impossible toque, or hat, with the sea inside,
cooking fish and seafood delicacies ; hence the name Toqué, meaning crazy in French.
The colours are determined by four different marine pictures palettes. 
The realization of these forms took four of the most experienced glassblowers :
Their savvy manipulation of the glass created a result surprisingly close to the design intent.
